What do you get: 

Medical doctors trained in Western Medicine in the top private Lanna Hospital Chiang Mai will assess your health with clinical assessment, health screening check-up, blood tests and ultrasound scans. While you wait for your medical check-up, we have prepared a curated wellness programme to sooth your aching muscles and relieve your tension from daily stress.

To get a more accurate fasting blood test result, we will pick you up from your hotel at 8 am for your hospital appointment. Please do not eat or drink for at least 6 hours before the fasting blood tests. 

Please note that your fees include 3-day accommodation in 4-star hotel, airport pick-up, daily VIP car, daily breakfast, one lunch, and curated wellness activities for you. We return you back to your hotel at about 6 pm every day, so that you can plan your own evening activities. 

We understand that everyone has different food preferences or possible food allergy. If you prefer, we will bring you to food venues, cafe, and restaurants for you to buy your preferred food. If you wish to eat specific food, we are happy to recommend dining choices for you. Please see our FAQ section for other common questions.

Art Therapy (choose any 1 activity) 

1. Flower arrangement (half-day) - Modern and classic flower arrangement with fresh flowers will brighten up your day. You will learn the art of colour contrast and use fresh flowers to make beautiful bouquet to brighten up your day. 
2. Wood carving class (half-day) - Have you ever wondered how the skilled craftsman carved beautiful wooden sculptures or decorative pieces? Here is your chance to learn the basic skills and special tools to do wood carving. 
3. Ceramic class (half-day) - Pottery and ceramics are beautiful creations from our own hands. Learn how to use your hands to make creative art pieces from the masters!  
4. Painting class (half-day) - Do you want to paint like Renoir, Picasso, or Leonardo da Vinci? Learn the tips from master painters to improve your painting skills in water colouring. You will bring home a piece of your artwork to show your loved ones. 
5. Printing class (half-day) - Do you know how to print beautiful designs onto textiles? Learn the art of design and printing on T-shirts, textiles, and handbags. Put on your hands-on skills to print your own T-shirt to bring home your unique design! 

Nature Healing (choose any 1 activity)  

1. Cacao farm and chocolate workshop (half-day trip) 
Join us for a guided farm tour to see real Cacao tree and fruits that make your favourite chocolate. Learn the Cacao fermentation and drying process. You will have your personal hands-on experience to mould your own chocolate under the watchful guidance  of chocolatiers, and bring home your favourite chocolate products. You will also bring home free gifts including workshop teaching materials and apron. 

2. Tea and coffee making workshop (half-day trip) 
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn about tea and coffee making process, and how they become a drink in your cup. You will bring home workshop teaching materials and free gifts including apron, coffee bean and tea samples.

Spa Relax (choose any 1 massage)  

1. Four-hand massage – enjoy a blissful tandem massage by 2 different therapists to relax your muscles and create inner harmony. It is the ultimate treat for your total relaxation. 

2. Hot stone massage – smooth, rounded, and heated stones will melt away your stress. They are placed at strategic points of the body to reduce your tension with immediate results.

3. Ayurveda massage – treatment with Indian Ayuverdic tradition of dripping warm oil on your forehead with scalp and body massage. The smooth oil will nourish your body, improve healing and refresh your mind completely.

For the best experience, please book at least 7 days in advance of your arrival in Chiang Mai to allow us to prepare for your stay.

Q1 - How do I know which package to buy? 

We have two types of Health Screening Packages, the basic and the premier. Each         package has specific focus. Please check the description for more information.

Q2 - What does the fee payment include?

Your fees include 3-day accommodation in 4-star hotel, airport pick-up, daily VIP car, daily breakfast, one lunch, and curated wellness activities for you. 

Q3 - Do we book our own airline tickets?

Yes, you can book your own airline tickets and we will pick you up from the Airport. 

Q4 - What is the age group eligible for the Health Screening packages?

Age group 20 years and above is eligible for the program. 

Q5 - Can I stay longer in Thailand after finishing your program?

Yes, of course! We have other hidden gem for you in the city. If you have specific interest or requests, please tell us and we will do our best to arrange for you.

Q6 - I do not speak or understand Thai. Do you provide language translator?

Yes, we provide language translators who provide Thai to English translation for free.

If you need other language translator, please let us know and there will be additional fee.
