Ensure secure setup and proper use; the seller is not liable for misuse, improper installation, or use on unsupported toilet types.

Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted only if the item is damaged or incorrectly supplied, reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Due to the product’s nature and health-safety considerations, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
