Relaxation retreat embraces the theme of relaxation, designed to enhance your overall wellness experience.

We will pick you up from your hotel at 9 am on the first day of our program. Transport between your hotel and our program location is included in the fees. We return you back to your hotel at about 6 pm every day.

We understand that everyone has different food preferences or possible food allergy. We will bring you to food venues, cafe, and restaurants for you to buy your preferred food. If you wish to eat specific food, we are happy to recommend dining choices for you.

The following wellness activities are included:

A) Medical : 

Includes 1 (One) medical consultation sessions with doctor.

It does not include laboratory tests, diagnostic investigations, or

advanced treatment. 

(Choices: Anti-aging regenerative clinic, Suandok massage clinic, or

Thai traditional medicine clinic).

B) Art Therapy : 

Any 2 (Two) of our half-day art therapy classes

(Choices: flower arrangement, wood carving, ceramic class, water

colour painting, or textile printing)

C) Nature Healing :

Any 1 (One) of our nature programs

(Choices: Doi Inthanon National Park, or chocolate-making workshop)

D) Spa Relax :

Any 1 (One) of our spa massage

(Choices: four-hand, hot-stone, or ayurveda massage)

Please note:

Fees are paid in:

- Singapore Dollars (SGD)

- Listed rates are for low season travel to Chiang Mai (from March to Oct)

- For travel during high season (Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb), please email us at sales@curaselects.com for the updated fees

Fees paid will include the following:

- Personalised unique program

- Two-way airport transport (arrival and departure)

- 4-star hotel accommodation

- Daily international buffet breakfast

- Daily lunch

- Daily wellness activities (from 9 am to 6 pm)

- Daily transport (from 9 am to 6 pm)

- Specially-tailored program at inner peace “stay-in” retreat centres

What is not included:

- Air tickets

- Daily dinner

- Free-and-easy city exploration at night (after 6 pm)

- Northern Kingdom’s Lanna bespoke VIP programs

- Anything that is not specified in our Cura Selects retreat programs
