Our skin is colonised by a diverse ecosystem of microorganisms, forming a protective barrier against infection and pollution. The modern world is constantly threatening to disrupt this barrier and so we formulated a multi-purpose spritz to nourish, tone and protect the skin, creating the ultimate skin biome.
Kakadu Plum, Australia’s richest natural source of vitamin C, protects the skin against oxidative stress and environmental pollutants. Probiotics improve the microbiome of the skin, strengthening the skin’s protective barrier.
The skin’s integrity is further supported by the stimulation of collagen synthesis and the addition of hyaluronic acid to retain moisture. To complete this formulation, organic rose hydrosol soothes inflammation, gently tightening pores and balancing pH levels, helping maintain the skin’s delicate acid mantel and ultimate biome.
Directions: Use immediately after cleansing and throughout the day, especially under dry conditions such as aeroplane travel, sun exposure and prolonged periods of air conditioning.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery within Singapore typically occurs within 3–7 business days, subject to courier timelines and stock availability.
Shipping & Tracking:
Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order is dispatched. LAO uses registered courier partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Lost Parcel:
If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to initiate an investigation. Replacement or refund will be arranged once the courier confirms non-delivery.
Damaged Product:
If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify Cura-Select within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence. A replacement or refund after verification.
Product Not Meeting Customer Satisfaction:
If a customer is unsatisfied with a product’s quality or performance, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return/refund requests under applicable policy.

Conditions for Refunds:
Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Parcel is lost in transit and confirmed by the courier.
Product does not meet satisfaction and is unused, sealed, and returned within 7 days.
Exclusions:
Opened or used skincare, haircare, or wellness items (due to hygiene standards).
Products purchased during clearance, promotion, or final sale.
Timeframe & Process:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery via Cura-Select’s customer support.
Product must be returned at buyers expense
Upon receipt, examination and approval, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Where applicable, replacements may be offered instead of refunds.
