How long is the order processing time?
Your order will be processed in 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How do I check the status of my order?
The tracking number will be sent to your email once the item has been shipped out.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to both Singapore and selected international countries. Please email us at email@example.com to check if it can be shipped to your country.
How much do I have to pay for shipping fees?
Shipping costs may vary, depending on the selected product, shipping location and shipping method. This shipping fee may not include the import/export duties, insurance or regulatory fees of individual countries. Can I cancel my order after payment?
Please email us at email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order. Include your order invoice and items to be cancelled. Orders can be cancelled only before shipping and cancellation fees may apply. As soon as the purchase items are shipped, we are unable to cancel the purchase order.
Will I be receiving my parcels together on the same day if I purchase different products from you?
No. As products may come from different suppliers, please be expected to receive your different product(s) on a separate day.
How long does the delivery take?
This depends on your selected products and delivery location. It usually takes 15 to 45 days for standard shipping. Do email us if you like to opt for fast shipping. Additional fees may apply.
Do you have self-pick-up service?
At this moment, we do not have the option for self-pick-up.
Can I change my delivery address?
You may change the delivery address before shipping by the delivery company.
